Exercises to reduce belly fat should be done in a more strategic way. Many people complained that those conventional abdominal exercises are not working well to reduce belly fat even though we do it routinely. 1. Renegade Dumbbell Rows

This exercise has been introduced earlier in How to Reduce Belly Fat article. This Renegade rows exercise has been categorised as a killer exercise for the entire core. It can be started with a pushup position with the hands holding two dumbbells. Then, start by rowing the right arm up and keep the left arm rock solid by imagining pressing it into the ground. While returning the right dumbbell back to the ground, row the left arm up. Try to feel the amazing tension throughout the entire core area while trying to stabilize the entire body. The stabilizing part is the main factor to reduce the belly fat. This exercise is not only doing amazing job on our entire upper body but also abs. Yet, it is not easy to be done. 2. One Arm Snatches

One arm dumbbell snatches is the best alternative exercise to barbell snatch. It is much safer and easier to do it. For snatch exercise, we are moving a weight all the way from the ground to a position over our head. Firstly, hold a dumbbell in one arm positioned in the middle of our stance while we are down in the bottom of the deadlift position once again. Try to keep our non-working hand in a fist positioned on our lower back to keep our entire body tight. This lift works a large amount of full body muscle and makes us perform such a large quantity of work. We will be huffing and puffing and dripping with sweat after a couple of one arm snatches. This is one of the best exercises to reduce belly fat by increasing metabolism and fat burning hormonal response.


3. One Arm Swings

One arm swings is another secret exercise in “Truth about Six Pack Abs”. We can do this exercise with the weight slightly off the floor and start with a slight back swing between our legs to get the momentum going. Next, swing the weight out and up to a height just above eye level. Then, let the weight fall back down to a position between our legs. The vital part is we need to make sure that we are using our legs and hips to generate the thrust in the swing instead of the arm. The high repetition swings and snatches are the best fat burners out there.


4. Barbell Clean and Push Press

This exercise works practically every muscle in our entire body. This is one of the most intense workouts for reducing belly fat. Therefore, this exercise is a very good choice for us to get flat stomach fast. It can increase the metabolism and fat burning hormonal response. We need to move a weight from the floor all the way to a position above our head.
